Our production process


To ensure freshness, all fish are kept on ice from the moment of being caught until processing.

Our production process is based on Iceland’s clean energy, where electricity is generated by use of the country’s natural resources, including waterfalls and hot springs.

Filleting
Our fish are filleted by hand or machine, depending on size and type. All fillets, either skinless or with skin on, are then scanned through light tables for bones and parasites. Before packaging the product is then chilled with icy water, in order to keep the temperature as low as possible.

Express delivery
The majority of our producers are based within a few minutes of Keflavik international airport. That means we can guarantee the quickest possible delivery, with newly caught fish produced and sent out by the next day.
